Competition Terms & Conditions
From time to time, I may run competitions or giveaways to say thank you to all of my lovely followers!
By entering into a competition run by favouritefoe.com, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter my competitions. The giveaway prizes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged. The free prize draw closes at midnight, one week from the date of the announcement (unless stated otherwise).
The winner will be chosen at random via a draw and will be contacted via direct message on Instagram. The winner has 7 days to provide their details and claim their prize. In the event of an unclaimed prize after 7 days, a new winner will be drawn.
Please ensure you only provide your personal details tome if you have seen your personal account tagged publicly on the winning Instagram post announcement. Please note that giveaways can often attract unscrupulous/malicious/fake accounts and so please be cautious!
These competitions are not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram. Instagram is not responsible to entrants in any aspect of this free prize draw. I cannot be held responsible if any unforeseen circumstances affect a free giveaway.
These competitions are open to entrants aged 13 and over (entrants between 13-17 must have parental or guardian permission) from the UK (or such regions specified in the official giveaway Instagram announcement post).
In the unlikely event that your prize gets lost or stolen in the post, I will do what I can to investigate, but I cannot guarantee that your prize will be delivered! I will provide you with a copy of proof of postage on request. Favouritefoe and any partnered publishers will not be responsible for any additional import duties/taxes incurred as a result of posting your prize to you. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions. Thanks all!
