Unlocking the Great Fairies in Hyrule is essential for players who want to upgrade their armor sets and boost Link's overall defense. The quest Serenade to a Great Fairy serves as the gateway to restoring these powerful beings across the map. Following the latest daily gaming news updates often reveals helpful tips for tackling these open-world side quests smoothly.
Starting the Quest at Woodland Stable
To begin this adventure, head over to the Woodland Stable located in the Eldin region. Outside the stable, you will find Penn and a group of traveling musicians known as the Stable Trotters. Speaking with them will officially launch the quest and set your objectives in motion.
The troupe wants to play music for Great Fairy Tera, but their carriage is broken and cannot make the journey. You must assist them by repairing their transport before they can move forward.
Fixing the Troupe Carriage
Examine the damaged carriage named Breezer sitting near the musicians. You will need to attach wheels to the carriage using Link's Ultrahand ability to make it mobile again.
Look around the stable area to find suitable wheels and attach them securely to the designated axle points. Double-check that the wheels are straight so the carriage rolls smoothly up the path.
Hitching a Towing Harness to Your Horse
Once the carriage is fully repaired, you need a way to transport the musicians up the hill. Speak to the stable master to register a horse equipped with a Towing Harness attachment.
Back your horse up to the carriage and use Ultrahand to attach the harness connection point to the front of Breezer. Ensure the connection is solid before asking the band members to hop inside.
Reaching Great Fairy Tera
With everyone safely on board, mount your horse and carefully navigate the path leading up to Great Fairy Tera's bud. Drive slowly to prevent the carriage from tipping over or detaching along the rocky terrain.
Upon reaching the bud, the musicians will play their serenade, enticing the Great Fairy to emerge. Successfully completing this performance unlocks Great Fairy Tera's armor upgrade services permanently.
